Returns Policy
ISC hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish
to return any products bought from us that may be found to be
faulty or defective, we will be happy to refund or exchange a
product provided it is returned in its original undamaged packaging
and 100% complete. Returns should be made within 28 days of receipt
please note that for business customers, this is 7 days).
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on customised orders unless they are faulty.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is incorrect,
faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Returns processing may take up to 7 working days from the time it is received.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
- a) Contracts for the purchase of goods by a Customer not acting in the course of a business and made over the telephone or through the ISC website, are, subject to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (regulations).
- b) If the Regulations apply, Customers may cancel goods purchased from ISC. This process should be done by written notification of cancellation by post to Customer Services at Solar House, Stukeley Business Centre, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE29 6EF or by e-mailing online@iscnet.co.uk
- c) ISC must be notified of this cancellation within 7 working days of the day after date of delivery of the goods.
- d) The Customer will take full responsibility for the cost of returning the goods if he or she exercises this right of cancellation.
